Shipping & Delivery

For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to reach you. 

For overseas orders, please allow 3-15 working days for your parcel to reach you due to the Covid-19 situation.

We offer complimentary doorstep delivery to addresses within Singapore for orders of above SGD 80.  For orders under S$80, a S$4 shipping fee will be charged. For urgent deliveries, do drop us an email at asklittlekaki@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it happen.

 

For overseas orders to Malaysia, we charge a flat delivery fee of S$10. For orders above S$150, we offer complimentary delivery.

For overseas orders to Whole of South East Asia ex. SG/Msia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, we charge a flat delivery fee of S$15. For orders above S$200, we offer complimentary delivery.

For overseas orders to rest of world, we charge a flat delivery fee of S$25. We will continue to source for a better rate to serve our global customers.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.

*For orders that are bulky (>5KG), we may reserve the right to impose a bulk fee to mitigate the shipping costs.
