Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product(s) is/are damaged or defective. You are welcome to request for an exchange within 7 days from the time you receive your parcel. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you've received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please also provide your order number/proof of purchase. To commence an exchange process, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'll assess the defects or damages and offer you an exchange or return in credits equivalent to the price of the product within 30 days. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds.
